Advertising Art Technology
Completed a 2 year vocational course in advertising and design with a AAA grade.
Advertising & Design
Obtained an Associates degree with a 3.9 GPA in the Advertising and Design program.
ASH LEDONNE ADVERTISING
Began a temporary freelance position filling in for the assistant studio manager and then was hired as a studio designer.
ZIHAL DESIGN INC
Built a design studio located at 52nd
and Broadway in Manhattan servicing
ad agencies and clients providing design, art direction, retouching and production services with 6 full-time employees and up to 12 additional freelancers.
Restructured the studio services and worked on an agency wide committee to restructure and improve agency workflow. Streamlined the agency workflow and revised the billing structure to ensure profitability. Created design-oriented studio division and established pre-production and production technical standards. Supervised a department of 18 employees.
Restructured existing design studio services and integrated them into a reorganized and streamlined departmental work-flow. Worked closely with the marketing directors on all aspects of marketing tactics. Supervised a department of 24 employees.
Director of Graphic Services
Managed a creative design/production studio
for a fast-paced 70 million dollar marketing organization. Responsible for over a billion bill
inserts printed annually with constantly evolving versions released on a monthly/weekly/daily
schedule. Constantly tracked real time streaming marketing analysis of controls that were updated
weekly to maximize response percentages.
VP, Director of Graphic Services
In charge of design studio, proofreading, production, new business presentations and project management/traffic. Captured additional OOP revenue through retouching, stock photo searches, color laser prints and comps effectively doubling the profit margin in my first year.

Successfully restructured the design studio and production departments, and developed a documented agency process. The first year studio profit margin was over 40% compared to consistent losses before my arrival. Managed the PL for the integrated studios while being responsible for overall profitability.
Responsible for the creative on all advertising and communications including digital and social media, print, mail and OOH. I was a hands on a designer, creative director and production artist for all projects.
